I was very fond of Moti mahal when I was in Chattarpur, Delhi. the food is just yummy whether you order butter chicken or panner butter masala, the taste makes you crazy. Last year I relocated to Ghaziabad and came across pacific mall in Ghaziabad. When I saw this brand , my hunger increased as that reminded me of the taste I enjoyed in chattarpur delhi. when I went there was a huge crowd and the tables were over occupied or booked so I had to wait for an hour to finally get a table. It was 9pm then. since it was over crowded that day, my order got delivered after 40-45 mins. I ordered for butter chicken boneless and keema naan. the first bite which I took made me angry as I was very hungry and after a long month I planned this dinner with my wife. the food was cold, and naan seemed to hard. you would need both your hands to break the naan. I wouldnt say taste was very bad but obviously when you spend a decent amount, you expect a yummy food. I asked waiter to replace it and my naan got deliver again after 30 mins. by the , all my excitement and curiosity disappered . really bad experience. not expected from a well known brand.
