Infrastructure:

Medical Care:

Staff Attitude:

My experience with Motherhood Banashankari in a nutshell was horrific and painful.

Let me share the ratings dept wise.

Doctor: Archana Ramesh, 5/5

9Divine staff: 1/5

Nurse 3rd Floor: 0.5/5 (I wish I could give 0 if I’m inhuman)

IP billing: 0.5/5 (clueless staff)

Others: 0/5

I Just want to highlight the fact that this hospital is solely running because of the good doctors there otherwise it is completely unorganised and deviates to their commitments and promises with zero service satisfaction.

Room Allocation:

We arrived at 8AM for the admission, the ward room was not ready despite being booked a week prior. We were asked to move to the Triage room, as the deep cleaning was pending, we were put in there for a good 2.5 hours, before moving to the actual room, after persistently asking about the updates regarding the room allocation.

Service from nurse:

Nobody really cared to serve the mother, despite ringing the bell multiple times, we had to urge the staff to help us, they were at times too hostile and irritated when called for help. They literally do not know the meaning of service and does not live to their core values.

9Divine staff: Do not know what to tell about this dept, they sometimes twist their own words.

Discharge:

This is again a mockery of their system, like a pack of monkeys jumping on trees, not knowing what to do. It’s a mess with inexperienced people. Had to urge them again to give updates, every time they said we will come back in 2 minutes, that minutes turned to hours.

IP Billing:

This is another circus, I had to argue with themand challenge the 25000rs disposables used in the surgery(c-section). I’m not sure why is there no Govt intervention in such kind of malpractices and inflated bills which does not even make sense.

C-section: 1.2L

Consumables during operation: 25200rs ??

Finally I had to pay realising it’s of no use arguing with half minded people.

Verdict about hospital: Choose this hospital for entering your motherhood at your own risk.

Verdict about doctors: both the Gynec and Paediatrician are good, we have been associated with them since few years, I only wish the doctors move to a better hospital.
