I am sad giving this review and rating of 1, I like Morphy products and I hope this was defect by mistake. The knobs started breaking off due to heat. We made a cake, a pie and a pizza and the knobs were into pieces in 1 week. Assuming that the quality of knobs was poor and it could not withstand the heat. The otg was kept in ventilated place and opposite the backyard door, so even fresh air was available. Returned it and will buy Bajaj now. We had OTG 28L with Rotisserie.
Zoom and See black knobs closely in photos and u can see the cracks. I bought this product as I had seen and used it at my parents house but this since it got delivered has not been working. I had put it for the 1st pre-heat as mentioned in the manual but halfway thru it stopped accepting power supply and since then we tried couple of times but it just doesn't come on.
