Like so many other job portal it is also india's leading job portal site but these all are fake promishes so never trust on those promish and find a another way to search a job.
when I was fresher I uploaded my resume at monster and didn't get any call from recruiter and when I lost touch with my account I got continuously email from monster that so many jobs are waiting in market of your field please upgrade your account.
their main focus was upgrade my account so they are making fool of us.
after some years when I have experience still didn't get a genuine call from recruiter so you can understand they have only bussiness to provide srvices for unemployer they don't have any jobs beware from such sites.
