Monsterindia.com is a job portal that has lakhs of users. I have been attached with this website from 1 and half year. No doubt, the concept of this website is very good. But I have not found a single genuine recruiter on shine.com. There are large number of fake recruiters on it. I have received number of calls from Monsterindia but each and every time I have found that there is consultant.
Consultant asks to pay the fee before placement. Job consultants collect information from monsterindia and disturbs job seekers. I think Monsterindia has no any contact with companies. It is only a popular job portal nothing else. The loading time of the website is okk. THANKS.
