Most student after the graduation become"BEKKAR". Because not all student get job from college placement. So who become "Bekkar" after College study went to Job sites like Naukri, Monster , jobsaead, timesjob etc.
I think I all that Naukri.com is best in response . In monster I apply so many job, but get only few reply like for 100 apply only 2 reply. but there is some in this site which attract all student that is , site look & feel, job agent etc. in monster there is 5 job agent active.in monsterindia is much easier than in naukri.com.As the latter has the various options of MS word format, RTF format .
But in naukri.com we get reply more than the monster.com .so I like naukri.com more than monster.com. But I Recommended** to student to used to monster as well as naukri.com. Best of luck to all fresher who wants job . I think all job site will help u a lot.
