I used this mobikwik app for paying my electricity bill my money got detected from my bank account but my bill still not paid. I contacted them many times but didn't received the favourable response.I don't know why their customer care number always switch off. My order no. is mp300743787 check it and contact me at the earliest. I will not recommended there app to anyone because of pathetic service and customer support. Refund my money if you are not able to pay the bill. I have to bear the late fee charges also which is very pathetic
