I have reported for some fraudulent transactions from my wallet and I also made a written complaint to the kolkata cyber crime department as per the rules and guidance and also share copy of the said complaint but mobikwik continuously calling and messaging me for clearence of dues which was happened without my consent. Although mobikwik is not following the RBI guidelines where they said everything about fraud transaction and also said that there is no liability on the user of the account.
