I have been using the app for quite a long time.but I am not too much impressed with it. Its just below average, needs improvement in many ways.
First of all, user interface is not good, simplicity is needed.
Offers that are irrevalant should not irritate us on our front page.
It need a work over resolving issues of customers also, quickly and with best efforts.
Secondly transferring money to bank is difficult and charges a lot.
I booked irctc tickets through the app.it costs too much charges as compared to other wallets.
Although, I am still using the app, hoping for some good updates over its usage.
