Mobikwik is an online recharge and shopping website. Mobikwik provide very bad customer service. When we add money in wallet several times it failed than when we contact customer support Helpline they give us 48 Hours time to refund the amount.
Mobikwik's official recharge website is too slow and crashing, not only the website also Android Mobile app is slow. Mobikwik fails to give good offers and discounts to their consumers.
Mobikwik takes too much time to transfer wallet balance to Bank account, they took more than 3 days to transferred money to bank account. In short Mobikwik failed to provide best services to customers. More advance and fastest online website are available therefore customers have many options so I appeal to Mobkwik please improve their services and facilities. Thank you.
