Never deal or transact on their website. Firstly they will never honor their offers. It is twice I have received partial cashback offers. There is no point in raising a tickets as well.
After a couple of days they just close it marking it as resolved, where the problem is still the same. 2 weeks back I ordered from Domino's through them and they sent me partial cashback. 3 Days back I booked movie tickets and again they send me partial cash back. Why have such deals when you do not honor them.
They are Cheaters and frauds. Once you put the money in their wallet consider it gone as they do not have the option to send it back. After looking at all this I Donot want to deal on their website, send me my money back.
