Terrible customer service. I had returned an item M867366122 last month on October 14th 2022. Today is November 8th and i still havent received any refund. When i reached out to them on 20th oct they said it has been initiated will take 7-9 days. On Nov 3rd when i enquired again, same answer that it is just being sent for refund and will take another 7-9 days. It looks like i just lost my money. There is no sign of refund and the customer service has nothing more to say than these automated response of you will receive in 7-9 days. Stay away from this site. Please do not buy anything from here if you want to save your hard earned money.
