Crap product and crappier company...Rogue company. Review on Milton

Bought Prime Spin Mop in March on Amazon. Within two months, spin function is erratic. Amazon says in warranty complaint will be attended at home by Milton. Now unfolds the drama. Went to Milton provided Whatsapp number, filled in details repeatedly only to be told to say Hi again. The stupid bot is on an endless loop mode. Did this scores of times with same result. By now it is clear that the dishonest company has no intention of taking any complaint on Whatsapp. Then tried customer care phone number only to be told by IVR to write an email to an address(which btw is different from the email in their warranty documentation). Seething with rage but intent on taking it further, I wrote and got a reply back directing me to click on the provided link for further action. Duly followed the link but after filling out a page full of personal details, it asks me now to first register the product on a different link. Not to fail for want of going the whole distance, I duly followed the procedure for registering product by filling out all required details and uploading pics and invoice only to see a cursor going round and round for about an hour! Disillusioned, frustrated I now gave up.

LEARNINGS: CAN NOT CONTACT THIS RAxCAL COMPANY FOR ITS WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS. FULL OF SHIXTY MANAGEMENT. HABITUAL SCAMSTERS. SHAMELESS PILES DRIPPING ASXXOLXS. AVOID THESE LEPERS AND NEVER BUY MILTON PRODUCTS.

Till such time, law becomes more robust and implemented without imperfections in our country(maybe post apocalypse) such economic offenders, unethical, Revannaesque businesses will keep poisoning this country at will.
