This is to express the frustration we are having with the bitter experience we are receiving EcoVacs team.
We have a issue with our Ecovacs Deebot Unit during the month of Aug 2022. It was identified as a problem with the side brush motor, a rep named Eshan Jain along with his technician visited our house . We made a payment of 2990+990(visit /labour) .
The whole unit was opened to replace the part .
Since then, the unit is not working and not able to complete the vaccum cycle. The unit abruptly stops.
We logged a concern again, another rep Mr.Nawas visited the house and troubleshooted the issue to be a new one.This was after another payment of Rs 1000 for the home visit. The second rep identified the issue to be a different and new problem and asking a quote of 6000 to 7000 .
The unit was working alright before the opening of the Deboot. Are there any gaps with the technical knowledge of the team? Please address the issue.
