Hi friends I am going to share my experience I was using this inverter since a 3 month ago I was very disappointed by the performance of this inverter This inverter takes so much time to charge sometimes it take whole day to charge and the battery backup was very bad in my area the power cuts many times so I need a good inverter because this inverter look very stylish but the performance is very bad the service for this inverter is was I call the company check my inverter but date come after 5 days this inverter has user friendly you can understand the function easily
my suggestion is that if you want a good power backup do not buy this inverter
