Imagine a company that boasts of highly good service and does nothing about customer complaints. I would recommend that you don't purchase any product of Microtek. So many customer complaints and yet they give a damn. If you want to know how they treat their customer just visit their facebook page - https://facebook.com/pg/Microtekindia/reviews/
Why the hell did I bought this Microtek is something is what I am angered at, I will make sure the keyword #MicrotekInverterFraud comes up in Google unless these people learn to behave and start taking customers seriously.
