NEVER BUY MICROTEK IT IS UTTER WASTAGE OF MONEY. I have bought a micotek invertor from an authorised dealer(Supreme Electronics) here in meerut, I prefered microtek over others only becuase of the brand name and dealer suggestion.
We had bought a 600 va Home UPS for my house, along with an local battery. Within 4 days of installing the inverter one day something started burning inside the inverter as soon as my mother saw the smoke she switched the inverter off and unplugged it from the main switch. In the eveing I called the dealer and he told me to call on the call centre number. when I called on the call centre they told me that someone will come next day but no one came for 3 days despite 8 calls.
The engineer who came was in big hurry he told us that he does not have the required part and he never came back, we called so many times in the call centre but nothing happened then I called at the Head office in Delhi, but nothing happened at the end I had to get it repaired from the market by spending Rs.450 There is no answering in Microtek no service no quality never but Micotek
