I bot Microtek Inverter 800 VA on April 25 2006 from Nehru Place, New Delhi along with EXIDE 1500+ battery. In the past 8 weeks the service engineer was called 6 times. even today the Inverter is Non-functional. It has some manuafcring defects. Twice the company changed the piece in between but still it does not click. Today, I feel cheated . . . . .
Brands like Luminous and su-kam or even the local brands are better. Have been using Microtek Monitors for the past many years which prompted me to buy Microtek Inverter.
The company high-ups are not ashamed, even after so much problems being faced by the consumer they send the service technician only after 48 hours and that too after many phone calls.
May GOD bless them. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend anybody. I am following up with the company to refund my money so that I can enjoy the CURRENT SUMMERS. The company is not agrreing . will have to go to Consumer Courts ro its logical end.
