I have many complaints about microtek inverters. we ordered on inverter from online platform with 30 day replacement warrenty and we have return back it on 16th day. its main problem is durability. they are saying that it will start tv, fan, other appliance for nearly 6 hours. it get down withn 5 hours. if you have used this you can also share this experiance. it said overload if we use 3 fans, 2 tublight and 1 tv at same time. it doesnot help us at time of low electricity days. there are NOT TAKING CARE OF USER. we have no avaiblity of service center. and also they are not giving us proper help on customer care number.
when we bought this inverter we faced many problem. first was overload, it start its alaram afther some interval of time. then if we want customer help they never help us. I would never recomend this
