I bought this phone the very day Indian cricket won it's world cup in 2011.
I gave it as gift to my sister. But the phone started misbehaving within 4-5 months of use.
The battery used to get down within 2-3 hours.
It used to get really hot if we talk for more then 30 mins which is very very bad.
Within a year the trackball failed too.
I made a mistake by not choosing any branded product & going for micromax.
Its true that NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING.
Their products have no parallel. They just look good but have plastic body, flimsy chinese hardware which will not survive for more than 1 year.
It was a total disappointment. Their service centers are also pathetic. They take 10-15 days to replace phone under warranty.
Even by looking at no of people visiting their service center I can make out its a chep phone making company which then earns in service & support.
