Micromax has introduced another budget tablet to its range of products in the Indian market. It has a lot of interesting features. But at first look it is not worth the price.
Canvas tab P480 features 7 inch WSVGA screen with 1024*600 resolution, 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory which is upgradable up to 32GB and dual sim capability. It also has a 5MP primary camera and 2MP secondary camera for selfie lovers.
The specification doesn’t says everything. The screen performance is very poor. It is very dull and outdoor visibility is below average. The processor can do a decent job. The lack of memory and a bunch of pre-installed apps destroys the performance. Camera is capable of taking only average quality pictures. Eve though Micromax has promised an upgrade to the Latest Android 5.0 lollipop OS we are not sure about the time and date. Also no idea about the further support for OS.
Overall it is just another average product that doesn’t surprise anyone.
