I got a chance to use my friend's micromax canvas lapbook L1160. It is a low budget 11.6 inch display lapbook. It has quad-core intel atom 1.33 GHz processor. This processor is outdated now. The lapbook is for simple works, internet browsing, listening music, watching videos. It is not for usage of high end applications.
Because of low 2GB of RAM the performance is limited. It takes much more time to load application like google chrome. The resolution of the screen, 768x1366 is a bit low. When I played a video, the picture was not clear and sharp. The audio quality is also not good. The audio was not louder even when I set the volume to the maximum. Another problem with this lapbook is that it does not support USB3.0.
The keyboard is not smooth. I felt like I am hitting the keys.
