This is my lifes first mobile .i purchased this mobile on march 2015 its about 2 years now .i get first trouble in just 27 days it stuck on booting loop .at that time I did nt know much about mobile phones. I get really a bad feeling and mom n dad really angry on me but didnt do nothing .after repairing its again stuck on booting loop and every times I have to do hard reset this mobile .but hardware wise this mobile is really great but software wise not micromax didnt give any type of software update or customer support I really get trouble with this many time.
