Micromax Social Media group ultimately helped me to resolve the issue. After looking at my messages in Social media, their social Media team called me and told that


they are not able to repair my hand set "Micromax Canvas Knight A350". Hence they offered me a REPLACEMENT. At first, they offered "Micromax Selfie A255". But I


refused to accept that deal. Afterwards they offered "Micromax E471 Knight2". I liked the configuration and accepted. All this happened in the last week of September

  1. I received a call from the Micromax social media team, Delhi on 05.10.2015 to collect "Micromax E471 Knight2" and I received.

I thank Micromax's Social Media group for resolving the issue and bringing the correct status to me which has been hidden by their customer support and Service Center


people.


Finally I would like to say that Micromax has no Customer Service. I have seen a person who submitted handset 7months back. Still he is fighting with Service Center


guys. Tamanna Service center in Andheri East Mumbai is the worst service center.


Beware of these guys.

Micromax provides the most worst service. They dont have any service concept. Pls dont buy their products. In case you get defective product, then you are gone for


long.


I submitted my defective handset on 01.07.2015. Today is 26.09.2015. Nearing three months. Not yet solved. After repeated complaints, today I received a call from


Micromax's Social Media Complaints group. He said that my handset is taking some more time to get repaired and hence offering me a replacement. He wanted me to accept


model "Micromax Canvas Selfie A255" against my defective handset model "Micromax A350 Canvas Knight".


When I compared, I found few differences in specifications of two models which are not easily acceptable or can be compromised with. Especially there is a price


difference of around Rs.2000/- as on today(26.09.2015).


Situation is almost same for all the consumers. Cheaper goods are always cheap. Micromax proved this.


My Job Sheet No: W030242-0715-17656293. Fighting with Micromax since last three months. They are not able repair the handset and also not ready to refund my money.


There is only way left for me to go to Consumer Court for justice.
