Hi, this is Manamohan sharing the tragedic experience with micromax. I have already used micromax mobile for more than a year. I had bought a A120 model which was value for money at that time. After using the phone for nearly 10 months found some touch screen problem. I visited Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa service center and they asked me for 7days time. But with regular follow up I received my phone after around 3 months and by that time my warranty was void in service center. The phone I received was a faulty one with motherboard problem. The very next day again I visited service center and again given me two days time. Three times they have given me faulty set and the last time they received the phone and didn't give the receiving copy but just written on the bill that phone received and told me to come on next day. When I visited the next day they asked me for receiving copy but when I shown the sane written bill they didn't accept. And may more things have happened with during this period. I lost my phone for ever.
Finally the only thing I will say that these guys in service center are thieves. Be careful else you will have to regret for being a Micromax customer.
