I am thinking to purchase a shoes and I heard the name of Metro shoes by my brother who suggested me to purchase this one of cheap price but I haven't imagined that it will be of cheap quality. I have experienced very badly with this product. I would suggest never to purchase shoes of this brand. Firstly, I purchased it online and the seller was authorised dealer of Metro Shoes, when I ordered shoes then I didn't got any confirmation message then I contacted customer care and then I got confirmation message next day.
I got the shoes very lately after estimated date and I have to go in wedding ceremony next day and I have to wear new shoes and I missed it.
When I asked delivery boy about late delivery then he is talking very rudely and not answering properly. The quality of the shoes is very bad I got defected piece. The sole if the shoes is not pasted properly. I contacted customer care and aksed them to exchange the shoes but they have policy of return only. So, I don't have other choice, I returned the shoes and experienced very bad. The customer care is pathetic.
