Not different from other corporate hospitals. This hospital also focuses on the targets given to the consultants , never focusing on the patients welfare. My personal experience with this hospital is pathetic. In August 2023. I took my cousin sister to this hospital with complains of vomiting, she was diagnosed a case of heart block, pacemaker was advised and planted. Within 24 hours of placement of the pacemaker. Her condition deteriorated. She was taken back to the cath lab. Some intervention was done there, and she expired there on the OT table of Cath lab . I have also heard that they keep BAMS doctor as resident who look after the patients in the hospital.
In another instance, ( July 2024) my brother’s mother-in-law was taken to this hospital by the relative with some cardiac ailments. She was immediately advised angiography and placement of four stents. Poor relatives have no choice, but to agree as doctors on duty frighten the relatives with fatal consequences.Next day of the procedure patient collapsed and expired with in 24 hours
These incidences have totally changed my perception about this noble profession. Now it has become health industry with only aim of profit and bigger profits.
