THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR - JUST REPLACE AT EXORBITANT COSTS! I have a 7 yr old Fusion and every time I go for Ford Service I come back feeling cheated. A week back I had taken it for AC problem and general check up.
They changed the evaporator unit, did general check up and charged me Rs 14 K. My rear suspension still squeaked(for which Ford's estimated cost was Rs 25 K) so I gave it to the local mechanic. He repaired it for Rs 650 which included topping up of engine oil and coolant (which was supposed to be done during general check up).
Over the past 5 years Ford has charged me over Rs 1.0 lac as service charges - think about this before you buy a Ford car!
