Never in our wildest dreams had we thought that moving to a new house can be so painful and even more painful is to maintain it. There are big cracks on marble flooring, tiles chipped from multiple areas, squeaking wooden flooring, .

ACs not installed properly, most of them have to be serviced atleast twice a week due to bad drainage, geysers konk off every second month. Spend days following up which is attended to but no long term solution.

Pls be careful before taking a decision.
