I booked a trip to Jaipur with Mercury Tour Operator in Kolkata in 2015 and their service was not reliable at all.
They did not communicate with me much during the whole train journey and when I reached the station no one from their team came to receive me.
When I reached the hotel where they have supposedly book my room I found that no room has been booked.
I was surprised and call them immediately. They said they forgot to book the hotel. Thankfully there were rooms available so I booked one myself.
Next day one member came from their team with a tour guide. The guide looked young and new and I had serious doubts in his expertise.
During the tour he kept choosing wrong routes and as a result the routes became longer and the whole experience became little inconvenient.
