Megamart is well known reputed mall in chennai.I had visited this with group of my friend.Megamart attract people my doing good advertise, but when I went to mall see the difference between real and advertise.The space for parking is very less near this mall.I spend half hour to park my car.The staff of this mall did not guide people well.While parking my car I did not find any security person to help me.When I enter in mall the experience was same.The service girl was busy by chatting each other.they should provide advice and guidance to customers to help them find the right product and services to meet their needs, but they totally ignoring customers.They display board of discount and at the time when customer pays bill they refuse to give discount.
