We had booked Mega cabs a day in advance for 08: 00 AM pickup next day & also received SMS saying "your booking is confirmed". On calling their call centre, executive confirmed you will receive SMS 30 minutes before pickup time.
Next morning, no SMS received by 07: 45 AM so called up the call centre- reason given, "sorry sir, cab broke down. We will send another cab by 08: 15 AM".
Again, no SMS received by 08: 00 AM so called up call centre again- reason given, "sorry sir, no cab for your area. We will surely provide a cab by 08: 30 AM".
Again, no SMS received by 08: 25 AM so finally, we called up SPOT City Taxi & he arrived within 10 mins sharp.
Do yourself a favor- avoid this WORST CAB SERVICE in Bangalore. Only good for on-the-spot pickups from the airport but WORST, WORST, WORST for advance bookings( they will never honor the pickup time & make you look like a BIG FOOL!).
DOES NOT deserve even one star but ZERO stars!
