Mera experience meesho ke sath bohot dissapointing raha. maine ek sath do item order kiye the, par sirf black cargo pants hi deliver hua. dusra item ab tak ni aya. jab mene support se contact kiya, to email mein likha tha ki ye issue "guidelines ke against" hai. matlab seriously? order na milna bhi customer ki galti hai?
Customer support mein baar-baar otp ke bare mein pucha gya. maine clearly bataya ki sirf ek item ke liye otp diya tha- jise maine receive kiya. dusre item ke liye to otp share hi nhi hua. phi bhi koi proper solution ya refund ka update ni mila.
Aise situations mein customer ko help milni chhiye, blame nahi. meesho ko pni delivery aur support system improve karna chahiye.
