ALERT! HIGH ALERT.The place that I should not have ever gone. They claim to be the Drone Service of DJI. Please do not proceed with them at all. My drone splashed into the water. When I took it them, they were shameless to ask for 2500 INR as a service before touching the drone. They said it would be cleaned with some alcohol-based water. They kept the drone for almost 2 months with them saying some parts will come from other countries as the motherboard and IC were damaged. I felt something fishy and got the drone back from them mentioning that they need not work on it.
Now, when I found out an authentic friend of mine, he helped me connect to another service provider where he got his drone serviced well. He opened the Drone in front of me and tears came to my eyes with seeing the condition. He mentioned the GPS motherboard is missing and whoever handled it has damaged it even more than the earlier setup. There has no cleaning. I tried to call Mata Electronics and now they continue to disconnect the call and never bothered to pick up.
