I bought this car around 5 months back and I am using in busy Chennai roads. I am having the 2nd model VXI petrol. I love this car because it suits for all ages, for the entire family. I am getting excellent fuel efficiency believe me i am getting 19 km/l in Chennai city and around 23 in highways both with A/C . It has got an excellent seating position for the passengers. Even for the older people can sit comfortably. Unlike other Suzuki cars like A-star or the new Zen estilo, it is the best looking car. Moreover the service cost is cheap and maintenance is very less. I almost driven 9000 km till now the car didn't had any issues.
There are some negative points for this car,
1) interior quality can be better 2) The position of the tachometer is odd. 3) Breaking can be better. 4)Air bags should be compulsory .
So People who are waiting to get new family car, I suggest you to go for the ritz. It really a value for money.Please get model with ABS and airbags for better performance and safety ride .
