I am a fairly everage smoker, and have a healthy cough in the mornings just to prove it - and these are by far and away my favorite cigarrettes. Their main strength is that they have no added chemicals. You average Marlboro has over 350 added chemicals - very few of which are good for you in any way. American Spirit have absolutely none.
This means that they are much less harsh than reagular cigarrettes, and because they have no added chemicals, they are also stronger that regular fags. You'll find them about twice as strong as Marlboro reds, and this is no bad thing either. They are also more expensive than regular cogarrettes, but because they are stronger I find I smoke much less than I do with normal cigarrettes. Overall this means I am spending less as well.
If there are any downsides to these cigarrettes, it's their availability. There are only 2 or 3 places in which sell them AND have them in stock 90% of the time. There are others that say they sell them but always sell out very fast.
If you smoke Marlboro regular, you will be used to strong cigarrettes, and I would reccomend giving these a try. They taste good, they are better for you, and you'll thank me when you wake up without such a bad cough in the morning!
