I bought an insurance policy for my parents.They are very good when it comes to sell the product.They never pick up calls once you intiate claim.There would be standard replies even if you are able to connect to customer care.I tried contacting local office and they threatened me.If you want peace in life never buy Manipal cigna.I paid a total premium of 100000 and claim was 40000.I would have paid directly to hospital. My parents had to face lot of stree due to these guys. less than 0 stars. We were admitted to a network hospital.It was showing as network hospital on manipal cigna.Hospital kept on denying it.Eventually I found out that Manipal cigna management is changed and it was never informed
