As I have NCD, since 2-3 years, but Our manager in Bangalore area has no Idea or knowledge on this, for every thing he will as me to call Regional manager, Regional manager is so disguising. he don't have time to attend the call and give solutions to the customer who are connected to them. plus he has same ire-responsible staff. they to don't have time to attend the call. not reply back for any of the mails. I don't understand how this people are appointed to relax and forget the customer needs.
Our Branch manager don't know simple mobile number change request. For every thing he say's I don't know.
Then who made him to sit in Manager's Position, this proves how careless and hopeless the Manager and his staffs in Manappuram Bangalore.
Its Customer care also don't take any responsibilities to solve the customer's problem. only complaint number they generate and simply sits.
After 6-10 months also the problem is not given any solution at all nor anybody in Manappuram is interested in seeing the problem and giving customer satisfaction solution.
Still its in the same condition as on first day of the Problem.
