Beautiful scenery. Awsome atmosphere. Romantic Climate and Hot food available to keep u in trend with the cold atmosphere.
There are a lot of near by scenery places surrounding. One of the best is Rothang Pass. Top most point of North India .
Its covered with Snow and I can call it Switzerland of India .
Lot of sports activities also happening at this point like Skeeing, snow Bikes etc.
The hotels are good and if booked earlier there is a good chance of getting the discounts that you would wish to have. ( Preferably My choice of hotel in manali is – Manali Heights, in log hut area in manali) The marker also is full of various Tibetan goods. One should check it once.
The places to see in and around manali are Hadimba Tample, Manu Temple, Vishast hot springs, manikaran, Buddhist monk, snow point and solang valley.
The best time to visit manali according to me is at December end when the snow fall starts. The sight of snowfall is just beyond description!
Exiciting place . Must Visit atleast once in Lifetime.
A word of caution: The adventure sports may not be 100% safe and it is better to keep personal safety in mind. Also, all services like adventure sports, cabs etc are offered at a very highly inflated rate and can be bargained heavily.
