They are the biggest cheats in the town! They very well know how to convert a normal delivery to C-Section! My wife delivered twins, the first child was normal delivery post which they converted the second one to C-Section. Was not at all required(checked with various other medical practitioners regarding the same). Discharged my wife 2nd day, despite charging for a 3 day package(despite dual surgery, because they were short of beds) The real game started after that! They retained my kids to NICU! My kids were there for 10 days! The hospital was only targeting towards milking the cow and encashing as much possible from me! The doctors were only concerned about their visit charges being entered in the file, despite the fact they didn't even come there for the visit. They charged things like oxygen charges for(10days hourly basis2 kids), which the concerned doctor had confirmed the very 2nd day that my kids were not required oxygen after 1 day. Further, being a part of the newborn medical team, they should have ensured care for kids in terms of NNS and KMC, which they never tried and did not let the kids meet the mother. They never gave me a day as to when would my kids be discharged. Weight go my kids was 1.3 and 1.6 respectively, they came with a protocol that they would not be discharging the kids unless the weight of each reaches 1.8kg, whereas the international protocol states the said weight for a kid to be discharged from the hospital is 1.4Kg. Used hefty terms and didn't feed the kid properly so that the wight go the kid does not crosses 1.5kg and clearly stated that we would be shifting the kid to the ventilator. I was so scared, and my reports to AIIMS and sent the reports to US, with everyone stating they are cheating. Finally I got 1 kid discharged and the other was still with them. I called media for help, but everyone suggested me to first get my child out of the hospital. I checked with hospital authorities as to when would they discharge my second kid, they said at least 15 more days in NICU and again scared me of Ventilator. I took a call and wanted transferred my kid to Govt hospital, which they didn't wanted. Finally I said I am now bankrupt after paying so much. they asked me to leave my property papers, car, gold etc to them and then take my child from there. finally taking help from friends I settled the bills and took my child to Govt hospital(CNBC-NICU), Where Govt doctors took my kid to NICU, checked my kid properly and followed the protocol NNS and KMC and retained my kid for 2 days(just to enable the kid to switch from OG to Katori Chammach ie KC, which Radix never did) and finally the third day, ie immediately after all the reports showed satisfactory and my kid started taking feed from Katori, they discharged my kid and I got my girl home. PLEASE PLEASE don't go to RADIX. They are big big cheats and they will ensure all kinds if pressure on you and the only thing they aim is grind you and nail you and extract money from you! They are not genuine doctors! The doctors are too arrogant and talk to you as if you are begging in front of them! These so called doctors are spoiling the image of noble profession of doctors at large!
