I would like to inform you that my baby ( Ranvijay Singh ) is admitted in your hospital on 8th February 2020. 2 days he admitted in ICU. There staff and hygiene was well maintained.
The complaint started from when my baby moved to 301 room. The room is ok only my concern regarding the hygiene. Radix hospital has a very positive review in hospitality industry. So you have to think about the hygiene issue.
Now the housekeeping team had very ego problem. We were requested many times to change the bedsheet.they changed in a very rude manner.
Only Dr Amit is there to check all the patients. If he is not there then no body to come to check the patients. I called many times to the sister that my baby has some stool problem. Please call the doctor and as per her Dr Amit is there and he was with some patient. I don't know that only two doctors are there to check all the patients.
After 1:30 hrs Dr Amit came and he is very casual behaviour.
I would be very thankful if some one need the action and give the every patient same attention. I also explained all the things to Mr Mahesh
