Would not recommend or use MMT ever again.!
I had a terrible experience with MakemyTrip. Ive followed up countless times requesting an extension for a gift card that expired during a period when I wasnt able to travel. Despite repeated emails, calls, and assurances from the support team that it would be looked into, nothing happened.
Its beyond frustrating how a company of this size can be so indifferent to loyal customers. The card had real monetary value, and its simply unfair to let it lapse without offering any resolution. I wasnt asking for a refundjust an extension, which is a reasonable request and something many companies accommodate without hassle.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in MakemyTrip. If customer service can't handle such a basic request after multiple follow-ups, I cant imagine relying on them for anything more serious. Wont be using them again and would not recommend to others.
