Above mentioned booking which was failed to due to technical error. The promised to refund the amount of Rs 568 within 2 working days according to their message as below:


"Your payment for the amount of Rs 568 has been received. However, due to technical issues your booking could not be made. Kindly note that we will initiate a full refund of the charged amount within 2 working days.


We recommend you try making the booking again."


But unfortunately I did not receive the refund till day even after several complaints in their website.


I want my refund to my account ASAP.

We are glad to inform that MakeMyTrip now has a corporate tie-up with Mouthshut to be able to connect with customers through the forum and respond to the complaint/grievance.
We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Further, in reference to your complaint, please be advised that we have validated this case with our concerned department and found that passenger?s train booking was failed on 30-Dec-15 and an amount of Inr 568/- was charged from bank account. Also, found that on the same day, full refund has been processed from our end which was settled with your bank on the next day i.e. on 31-Dc-15 against an ARN(Acquirer Reference Number)#74332745365536451390476. Request you to please contact your bank?s ATM CELL and provide them this number to trace the refund transaction. If they still deny for any refund from our end then, ask the bank to give in writing on their letter head that refund is not processed from our end. Also, in such scenarios customer can file a CHARGEBACK case with the bank.
