I have taken a Diamond package, which included a Photo shoot. Initially they took few days to link my property to the package not sure why.
Now I wanted the photo shoot as this was my primary reason, but they cancelled at there wish mentioning "Not Doable"(screen shot attached).
There call center is never reachable and force you to opt for a call back, which never happens because you do not have an Indian number.
Now, do you see the scam? They take your international nuber and charge you premium by providing an impression that they will be able to support you, but they dont.
Once they charge you a premium, they dont care about you. I am going to talk to my bank and dispute the transaction and mark them as scammer.
