I read varios review about maggie noodals and almost all the people prais the maggie noodals.
some said nice test, some said nice quick cooking food and all.
but as a science student and fitness advisor I advise all the people to stay away from maggie and all type of noodals which is prepare from refine wheat.
here is the scientific reason and u can verify it with any doctor and google if u want.
first of all FLAVOR of maggi is so yummy. almost all the people like this and want to eat more and more.
the reason behind this is MSG(Mono Sodium Glutamate)
yes guys the small masala packet that they provide with noodals packet that contain MSG.
MSG is the addictive ingredient. so if you eat that your brain wants it more and more.
that's why many people taste this masala packet more times.
is it?
now talk about Maggi.
it is pure refine wheat flour.
that is very unhealthy for our heart and other organ.
maggi also contain sodium that can make our blood pressure high.
they already made that noodle cube by frying in oil.
and that contain unhealthy fat. which is dangerous fat.
so despite of it taste I advise you dont eat frequently. if u want to eat then once in a month its ok.
but be careful about addicted to it.
