I purchased this mobile phone from my nearest shop .I paid approx 3000/- Rs for it.This smartphone is exclusively from LYF which is a new brand in market on that day, i purchased it for jio free internet offer.After using it 3-4 months I have admitted that there are several issues in this mobile phone.
Firstly I got heating problem when I use it continuesly .The mobile also heats when the hot spot is on.The mobile is mostly plugged in charging more than using it.The battery back up is very low as comparison to other phone and it takes too much time in charging.After few months I got hanging problem in mobile, some time it suddenly switched off automatically .I took it to the customer care service center which is full of crowd and they take too much to submit my complain.I have to wait for 1 hour just to give my smartphone for repair that is very pathetic service
