Their team tricked us into taking the membership on EMI. At the beginning, they gave us the hotel we asked for, but after they received the money from the bank, they started making excuses for providing hotels, saying that due to peak season it is not available. Whenever we asked, they always said no hotels are available, claiming that the state or country we selected is inactive, while in their application all those options are clearly visible. Then they said bookings cannot be made through the application and must be done only by asking them directly.
They have committed fraud with us. For 20 days, we kept having conversations over mail and calls, and they kept harassing us. Later, they gave us very limited hotel options, saying all their hotels were already booked, even though we were trying to book one month in advance during the off-season. Because of this delay and harassment, our flight ticket prices also increased, but we still tolerated it because they said hotels for international trips can only be booked one month before.
After wasting so many days, in the end they told us we must pay per person per day extra for breakfast. On top of that, they increased the annual maintenance charge by on their own without any approval. When we questioned this, they said we had signed their terms and conditions, which mention that the company can increase charges anytime without the customers approval. Seeing all this is very frustrating.
They hurriedly made us sign the agreement without giving us time to read it properly. No one reads such a big agreement word by word instantly; it takes time. So I told them I will file a case against them, but till now I have not received any reply from them on email. i have all proof of all chats
