Luminous is a company of inverter and UPS. I heard from a few people that luminous inverters are very good. I live in Naigaon and at this place electricity is cut off very often and at anytime of the day. So I installed a luminous inverter in my house. It has been almost one and a half year that I have put this inverter. But I am having a very bad experience with it. I would not recommend anyone to purchase an inverter of this company. It cannot take much load. Hardly 3 lights and 2 fans can work at a time. The inverter battery gets low very fast. It works for just 6-7 hours and then the battery gets low. It sometimes even Stops working suddenly. There are many other better companies do check out before purchasing this product.
