Luminous inverter and UPS. Review on Luminous Inverter and UPS

Hello everyone, I want to share my personal opinion with luminous inverter and UPS.inverter was delivered 2-3 weeks after I placed the order.Luminous guys kept saying that the battery, I have ordered is not available.they did not inform me this while placing the order.When I was ordering, it was told me that the inverter after 2-3 weeks, when technician came to install the inverter, he told me that the battery was with him and he forget to do this installation.Within 2 days, battery low indicator stsrted showing on the display so I had to call luminous again.i bought the product knowing that inverter display will tell me when the water level is low .Luminous technician came and told I have to pay 250-300 rupees to get the'flower' with which this feature will work .sales man never told about this.i got this inverter directly from luminous site so there was no dealer involved and still the sales person failed to inform this to me .Whenever I call customer care, lot of background noise of people attending other customers keep coming and it becomes difficult to hear, what my agent saying.no commitment and lack of pre-sale information from luminous is what I understand.
