This is the experience I had with BPL mobile prepaid.
I wanted to recharge my card, so I called up the customer service and they told me to recharge for Rs 200 so that I can avail a free BPL to BPL ( worth Rs 500). They asked me to send an sms to 801 and I got the confirmative reply also. They told me that the offer will be activated within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hours, called them up and the reply? ''We are having some tech probs so please wait for another day''
I did. I called them up again reply?
''we are having tech probs, please wait for another 24 hours''
i called them after one day. the reply.
''we are having tech probs, please wait for another 24 hours ''.
i called them again, patience running out, the reply
''we are having tech probs, please wait for another 24 hours ''.
So after 4 days and their so called tech probs nothing is happening. I registerd a complaint, still nothing.
My friend who recharged for the same, had her activated within 6 hours. I called them up and told about this, they replied '' there is some problem with some some of our customers''. I asked them why are they treating customers differntly.
The call center guy tried to cut me off. I told them ''this again shows their bad service''coz the first lesson in tech support is not to cut the phone until the cutomer is satisfied.
So after 4 days, lots of calls to the cutomer centre.... Nothing.....
